What this form is for

Reporting a factual error. A price, an address, an opening time, a phone number. If something on this site is wrong, it will be corrected — say which page and what is wrong.

Suggesting a café. Anywhere in Cambodia. It will be visited without warning, and the score will be whatever it is.

Disagreeing with a score. A café is welcome to say so, and the message will be read. The scorecard will keep saying what was measured and why.

Anything else. Questions about the method, the award, or the guide in general.

What it will not change

Scores are not withdrawn, and entries are not removed on request. A score reflects one visit, measured on a published scale, and the date says when.

If the quality has changed since, the annual revisit will show it. That is what the revisit is for.

Response time

There is one person behind this site, and the replies are not immediate. A message about a factual error gets priority, because an error left in place is worse than a slow answer.
